Safeco customers in some states now have the ability to file auto claims 24/7 from the convenience of a desktop or mobile device. Online filing will become available to more states in the coming months.
We'll guide you so that each step in the process is captured, and to ensure you're comfortable with the claim you submit. From there you can track your claim online, and contact us with any questions you have along the way.
