  • If you are a Safeco customer, enter your policy or account number. You will need to enter only one. The Do Not Call Registry will apply to all policies. If you do not have the number available, please enter the words "Not Available". If you do not have a Safeco policy, please enter the word "None".

Customer Service:

Our policy does not prohibit telephone calls to existing customers for the purpose of providing customer service. We will call existing policyholders:

  • when there is an existing business relationship, i.e. when an individual has purchased products from us in the prior 18 months or inquired about a purchase in the last three months;
  • for non-solicitation purposes, such as billing or other service-related matters; or
  • when the customer has contacted customer service for assistance.

Please allow up to 30 days to add you to our registry. We will provide you with written confirmation that we have added you to our registry.
