Karla Miller, my agent, and the whole team jumped right on getting my roof and gutters replaced along with repairing my deck. I hadn't even asked for new gutters or deck repair but they did it anyway. They went way beyond the call of duty. I'm thrilled with the service and they've taken excellent care of me.

All the reps were so responsive and informative. I had never dealt with anything like this before and sometimes had daily questions. I was treated so well by everyone I dealt with at Safeco. I recommend Safeco to all my friends.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent service This was my first time filing a claim on my home, but I felt it was necessary because the wind (tree) damage involved an expensive repair. After calling Safeco directly, I was immediately put in contact with an adjustor. There was a small delay in processing because another adjustor closer to my home had to be found. Still, the entire process was very quick, the compensation was reasonable and realistic, and payment was received just as the job was being completed. Altogether, a very positive experience.
