For Our Suppliers

Our commitment to diversity is reflected in everything we do: from the talented and unique employees we hire, to our broad base of customers, and our hard-working suppliers.

The Safeco Supplier Diversity Program

We are dedicated to supporting the growth of small, minority-owned businesses that reflect our diverse marketplace. That’s why we designed the Safeco Supplier Diversity Program.

This program gives you more information about working with Safeco and becoming a part of Safeco Supplier Diversity database. A listing in the database gives you a great opportunity. If there is a match between the products and services your business provides and our requirements, you will be contacted directly by a Safeco Buyer about becoming an approved vendor.

How to Apply

To join, you must be a certified small, minority- or woman-owned business enterprise. Click here for more details.

Ready to apply? First complete the Supplier Diversity Program document [PDF]. Then send the completed document with a copy of your certification to:

Safeco Insurance Company of America Attn: Corporate Procurement—SDP 1001 4th Ave Suite 1200 Seattle, WA 98154

While we are not able to do business with every company that contacts us, we’re committed to diversifying our vendor pool, and supporting the growth of minority-owned enterprises and the communities in which they reside.
