When you call Safeco at 800-332-3226, you have the option to choose Safelite Solutions, Safeco’s Glass Service preferred provider, or an affiliate in our network of approved glass shops to help you to schedule your glass repair or replacement. Safelite Solutions is an entity separate from Safeco acting on our behalf.

Our nationwide auto glass repair and replacement program can even perform the repair or replacement at your home or office at no additional cost. Or if you prefer, you can submit your claim online with Safelite, the country’s largest automobile glass replacement company. You can also choose any shop outside of Safeco’s network of glass repair shops to do the work; however you may incur additional personal expense if an agreed price cannot be reached.
