We have had to make numerous changes in our policies over the years (new autos, new homes) and Ramona does a fantastic job getting us the best insurance at the best price and taking care of ALL the details. She has been absolutely wonderful to work with!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Customer Service I would just like to take a minute to lift up Jackie Watford with J. Smith Lanier in Columbus, GA. She and I had been working together to try to find a better rate on my homeowners for some time. I had gotten Jackie to provide me with quotes from several companies through J. Smith Lanier while I was also receiving quotes from outside providers. A month or so had gone by without communication while I was dragging my feet on making a decision when I recieved an e-mail from Jackie letting me know that J. Smith Lanier had recently began offering Cincinnati Insurance Company. She had already run a quote for me based on my existing coverage for homeowners and auto and laid out how I would save over $500 a year by switching. By being proactive and keeping customers in mind, Jackie was able to retain business for J. Smith Lanier, and, most importantly, save me money! Whether it be for business or personal, Jackie has always been very prompt and helpful in making sure that all of my insurance needs are met.
