Art Collection
Since 1973, Safeco's art collection has been a significant part of our community involvement and corporate culture.
Our Collection Philosophy
We built the collection on the belief that Safeco can enrich the working environment while recognizing and supporting local artists. The collection consists of more than 2,200 works by contemporary regional artists and, in particular, artists from the Pacific Northwest. By actively collecting work from established and emerging artists, and displaying their works at Safeco offices and in the community, we provide a forum these artists might not otherwise enjoy. The majority of the collection is in the Puget Sound region, with additional works located in Safeco's regional offices throughout the country.
