Safeco understands that an accident can put a big dent in your lifestyle. That's why we created Safeco OneStop Claims Service. It's an efficient four-step process designed to get you back on the road as quickly as possibletwo days sooner, on average.

Welcome and Inspection of Vehicle
A Safeco claims representative will meet you at an authorized Safeco OneStop repair shop and, together with the repair specialist, conduct a full inspection of the damaged vehicle. You will receive a clear explanation of the work to be done on your car, how long the job will take, and how the claim will be handled.

Rental Car Checkout and Drive Away
If you have additional rental vehicle coverage on your Safeco policy we will be able to provide a rental vehicle for you while your car is repaired. In most cases, we will have a rental car waiting for you. Simply fill out a form, take the keys and drive away and you are quickly back on the road—even if your car isn't. If you are not sure if you have rental coverage, please ask your Safeco Claims Representative.

Repair Process Monitoring
Want to know the status of your repair? No problem. Customers can work directly with the shopvia phone or e-mailto check up on the progress of your job. If you have any questions or concerns, your Safeco claims representative is just a phone call away.

Inspect and Pick Up Repaired Vehicle
When the repairs are done, return to the Safeco OneStop location to drop off your rental car and pick up your repaired vehicle. Inspect the repairs to make sure the vehicle looks as good as new. And don't worryparts and workmanship are fully backed by Safeco's President's Guarantee for as long as you own the vehicle. Studies show that Safeco OneStop customers have a 95% satisfaction rate, one of the highest in the industry.
