The adjuster dealt with us really clearly and quickly, and we got a new roof this summer. Our neighbor, on the other hand, was hardly compensated at all. They now wish they had had Safeco!

After calling Safeco directly, I was immediately put in contact with an adjustor. There was a small delay in processing because another adjustor closer to my home had to be found. Still, the entire process was very quick, the compensation was reasonable and realistic, and payment was received just as the job was being completed. Altogether, a very positive experience.

Unfortunately, my laptop was stolen on a business trip. Safeco processed my claim from start to finish within 48 hours to my complete satisfaction. I don't think I've ever had such a great customer service experience, and I highly recommend them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Vacation low point made okay. I backed into a pole in a parking lot behind a car wash. There were circumstances where even though I was totally at fault that made this the definition of 'an accident'. As soon as I gathered my thoughts, I immediately called Safeco and the agent there was totally professional and extremely courteous. The entire process, now completed, was made easy and precise. I was on vacation and it certianly was bad enough to ruin it [the vacation] but the folks at Safeco (as usual) made it 'okay'. I have had claims in the past when they had my homeowners insurance and a hurricane did some damage and that too was handled professionally and without pain. Thanks to the folks at Safeco for understanding. Since then, I have reviewed my policies, and will be adding more coverage for my other 'things'

Rated 5 out of 5 by from seamless claim This is the first time in all the years of driving to make a claim. Of course you hear all the horror stories. I have to say this was as easy as it could have been. Talked to a person on the initial call who took my information and told me a claim rep would be in touch. Within a few hours that call came. The rep was very polite, took my statement and without hesitation told me to go get my vehicle fixed. She then supplied me with repair facilities in my area that they recommend. I used Maze Auto Body in Wentzville. They did a beautiful job. This whole process was very seamless. Everyone seemed to be in my corner and when things are as they are after an accident, that can't be a time for your insurance company to start problems. Safeco came through in a big way.

Safeco adjusters called me, came out and had a check for me on Friday. It is now the following Tuesday. The insurance company for the bus company refuses to call me. Their driver was ticketed and they won't call me? Thanks Safeco!
