Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great service from the in-house adjuster We experience a house fire in May 2013. The adjuster assigned to our claim was the best I have ever worked with. She explained the process, stayed in regular contact with us and helped us deal with elements of the resolution with which we were unfamiliar. We learned through her how to secure reimbursement for our lost goods and helped us find similar items for those no longer available. She was a God sent person who really helped us deal with a very distressful situation.l

I haven't had an accident for many years so i don't have much experience but I've had to leave numerous voicemails to get a response, then one call explaining the process then a bill with no information as to what the claims adjuster found. It was a ping in windshield of rental car. She said the co is claiming a crack in windshield which is false. But we did not take photo regrettably now i feel like its their word against mine.

I haven't had a wreak in over 20 years, so I was hoping for compassion during a stressful time. Safeco did not give that assurance that they cared. The car repair shop had to bridge the gap and keep me updated.

The representative with Safeco was very professional and considerate of my concern. I was treated as a "valued customer", which now days is hard to come by. The process has gone very smoothly, just like they said it would. They found me an auto repair place close to my home and the rental car company as well. They gave me the confirmation numbers and it made life much easier when I took my car in for repairs.

That broker provided Safeco. I have dealt with many other insurance companies in the past and never had making a claim been so easy where encountered friendly and service minded people during the entire process.

Until we had a minor accident while leaving a restaurant. I wasn't sure what to expect but anticipated a complex process with a tough Claims Rep from somewhere in Asia. So, the first call was difficult with low expectations. But, to my surprise, the Rep was most concerned about how I felt. Wow! Someone that wanted to make sure I was OK and was willing to do whatever to make me comfortable. Everything from that point on continued to exceed all my expectations. Great people, great company. A true American Company that actually cares for their customers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Such a Fast Claims Resolution Process I've had Safeco for over 20 years and never had a claim. Then I made a "booboo left turn" and had a minor car accident. I was able to use my own car dealership for the repairs. Before I even left the dealership, the body shop manager had a repair estimate sent over to Safeco and the repairs started almost immediately. Can't ask for better service than that.
