Get an Estimate. Get It Fixed.
Before we can begin repairing your car, we first need to inspect the damage. Talk with your claims representative about which of the following options is best for you.
PACE® (Premier Auto Claims Experience)
PACE* is a partnership program between Safeco and more than 2000 select auto body and collision repair shops nationwide.
PACE repairs are backed by the President's Guarantee for as long as you own your car. PACE shops are authorized to continue repairs for all accident related damage. No waiting for authorization if more damage is found.
- PACE shops are inspected, approved, and monitored by Safeco. They meet our high-quality repair and customer service standards.
Safeco® PACE OneStop®
Simple. Bring in your damaged car and drive home in a rental car (if you've purchased this coverage). All the benefits of PACE apply, but all you do is drop off your car and sign the repair authorization form.
Safeco Comes to You
If you are unable to get your car to a Safeco PACE OneStop or PACE location for an estimate, a claims representative can inspect your vehicle at your home, workplace or the repair shop of your choice.
Choose Your Own Shop
You always have the option to select your own shop for estimates and repairs, however the
President's Guarantee will not apply.
If there is extensive damage, your car may be declared a
total loss. If this happens, your claims representative will explain what happens next.
