Customer Care

The first contact people make with Safeco is often through our Customer Care organization. Perhaps a customer has been in a car accident—Customer Care helps the customer understand what to expect through the insurance process, and then starts the claim process.

Maybe a customer has recently purchased jewelry—Customer Care helps the customer make changes to an existing policy or provides guidance on new coverage. We also help agents who represent Safeco by assisting them with online tools and strategies.

We have many positions in Customer Care. Here are just a few: Customer Care Professionals (CCP) in three areas—Claims, Agent, and Gold. We also hire Unit Managers and Customer Care Performance Managers who manage entire sites.

Join us in our Spokane, Bothell, Denver, or Indianapolis locations.

Claims

Sales

Our Sales Team is an integral part of our success and is made up of highly talented individuals. Sales Professionals are the focal point for agents and internal Safeco partners.

A Sales Professional is expected to achieve or exceed revenue production goals by product segment (personal insurance and business insurance) by optimizing planned results for complex, highly critical work processes, projects, product launches, and deliverables.

Sales Professionals are responsible for developing strong consultation skills, driving agency growth strategies, and improving Safeco’s position within the market. They also drive sales and profits by creating Safeco's personal and commercial products through strategic account analysis, engagement, and retention plans.

We offer Sales Professional positions nationwide.
