To hear your billing summary, make a payment by credit card or checking account or order ID cards and policy documents, please use our easy automated phone system. Call 1-800-332-3226, press 1 and follow the prompts.
To find your policy number, check your:
- Policy documents: In the upper right-hand corner.
- Printed billing statement: Under the Billing Detail section to the right of your policy type.
Your local Safeco agent knows you and your policy and has access to all of your pertinent policy information. That’s why your Safeco agent is the best person to contact when you have updates, questions or concerns, including when you need to:

Check the email account associated with your policy for an email from your agent, via DocuSign – you may need to check your junk mail folder or conduct a search. Once you locate the email, open it, click on the View Documents button and complete your esignature on the DocuSign website (you do not need a DocuSign account). Please contact your agent if you need another copy of the email or if you’d like to receive paper copies of your documents to sign. You cannot esign a policy sent from DocuSign through your Safeco online account.
