How Paperless Billing Works

We’ll send you an email notification instead of a printed statement in the mail each time your bill is ready for payment. If your bill notification email is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll send you a paper version of your statement to ensure you receive your bill on time. A complete, detailed version of your bill will also be available to view in your online account. You can continue to pay your bills using the payment method that you always have. And if you ever want to return to regular paper billing, you can change your paperless billing preferences at any time.

  2. Update your billing preferences under Manage paperless billing.
