I called Safeco and the customer service person was prompt, courteous and assisted me with all my needs, as to what I needed to pay to re-instate my insurance and when it would be effective. Thanks so much

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great Mistake I spoke to a sales person regarding a change in my auto insurance. He recommended that I consider Umbrella Insurance. I had been considering it and vaguely remembered purchasing it last year. I told him I would check to see if I already had a policy and would get back to him if I didn't have it already. I had purchased a policy and forgot about the phone call until I received the policy in the mail. I immediately called to cancel the policy and discarded the bill I received three days later. I am sorry for any confusion I might have caused but I really believe that your sales staff was overzealous and annoying in this situation.

Able to take a payment at the same time. Great rate have been contacted by other ins. co and they don't compare. Some were 1,200.00 more per year!
